Anime is so popular nowadays, why would i say so? because anime is the only place whereby things than can't be happen in the real world can happens in it. For Example: Ninjas using ninjutsu of couse with lots of cool effects, the way they jump(around 4 to 5 floors high!). Basically it's a world where unrealistic things coming true. There's also lots of different category ranging from romance, horror, comedy, detective, science friction and many more for you to choose from. Anime also provides you with different story line of each category that will alway keep surprising you, prompting you to watch.

Manga(comics) is also part of reason why anime is so popular, reason is because alot of fans who loves anime but doesn't have the time to watch all the episode of an anime 1 at a time, can choose to read the manga. This's a web site which you might want to visit to watch the manga.

Anime industry has been growing more than TV drama ever since it started, and i believe that one day anime will rule over real life drama, since anime can be easily watch over online streaming like youtube,veoh and etc. Of couse, do support the DVD too! unless you don't want to have more new animes being released.

Recommendation to you guys out there!

This is another anime that i must recommend, it's OverDrive!

This anime is about a boy who finds out the joy and romance in riding a bicycle. From the time he first rides his bicycle to his first race.

The story is unique in that its not everyday you have an anime about bicycle racing. What makes it so interesting is how they make bicycle racing sound so epic and how some unknown little loser can come out as one of the best. Like how they have different types of bicycle riders, climbers,sprinters,down-hil specialists,all rounders and so on, and there's also a little romance in it.
overall highly recommended!

Monday, November 24, 2008 - Shocking things about anime! :

Anime is indeed so popular that 7 out of 10 people can answer your question about what does anime means, when you ask them about it on the street.

Try asking this: will you still watch animes if you have to buy the DVD/VCD to watch it?

Surprisingly, anime fans of this generation watch anime only when it's free, and they have this mindset, For example: I have pay for the internet and the animes online is free. So why should i buy the DVD/VCD?

The cause of problem is there’s a new generation of anime fans and those are the fans who are creating some of the problems like encouraging of downloading the anime for free, thus no ones buy the CD/DVD to watch it, and giving the anime fans the mindset mention above.

The problem:
There’s even a new generation of fans among the fansubbers and that's the Uploaders. These are the fans who upload anime like mad and toss up anime for all to share. and reason they did this is because they want to expose more people to anime, but in fact, they’re hurting the industry. so if the anime industry is being hurt(in the ways of not being able to earn from it or not enough funds to carry on the animes production), most likely the author of animes will likely stop writing stories or even drawing it.

So my question would be:
If that's the way, then what is the use of having exposing more people to anime? when animes production decreases, it will eventually defeats the purpose of what they intended to do at first.

So anime fans, support by buying the DVDs/VCDs!

Sunday, November 23, 2008 - Personal opinions on One Piece :

I feel that this anime started out great, and it is getting better every episodes to come. The strong belief in each other in "Monkey D. Luffy's" crew is unimaginable and the tension in each of their journey is so exciting that i wouldn't miss a single episode on it! I really enjoy watching the first few episodes because it focus more on friendship and even promises which bears great responsibilities.

I feel that the first few episodes of the anime, victory is always ensured in their fights. However as the anime moves on, victory isn't ensured anymore. The fights gets more interesting and definitely more tension to it! This anime have some twisting of plot and many interesting ideas to come.

So overall, i feel that this anime includes almost everything, be it romance, humour, friendship, promises, and of course, fights! The fights in this anime does not include very gory scenes and violence like some other anime such as "Basilisk"(but kinda nice too ^^). So this anime(One Piece) can be watched at all ages. Even my friend's 9 year old brother is watching it and he really enjoys it! Out of "10", i would like to rate this anime "9.5". This anime is my favourite among all others out there i've watched so far. I must really say that everyone should start watching it, because i truly recommand it to you guys out there.

Welcome to SuGoiAnimeUpdates!

This is a place where anime fans gather to discuss their favourite animes and also
to recommend and give reviews on new upcoming animes.

I would like to recommend an anime to everyone here! The anime is called "ONE PIECE". Here is a little introduction to the anime; the story starts off with a Pirate King, name Gold Roger, who revealed his treasure, which is known to be called "ONE PIECE". This treasure is hidden in "Grand Line", which is known to be a very dangerous place and so, this treasure is so valuable that every pirate in the world is trying to get hold of this legendary treasure.

However, the main focus of this anime is on this particular pirate name "MONKEY D. LUFFY", who he himself claims to be the pirate king and will be the first one to reached "GrandLine" and get hold of the legendary treasure "ONE PIECE". The story continues on where he recruits new crews, his adventure is fun, exciting and definitely worth watching!
